3 types of cooking modules:
- Traditional pastry rooms with upward-opening glass doors and concrete agglomerate slabs;
- Bread chambers complete with integrated steamer (no protrusions);
- pizza chambers with increased heating elements (0-400°c) for short, continuous-cycle cooking, stainless steel doors with portholes, and refractory pizza slabs.
Weekly programmed ignition system with 2 daily ignitions.
