Multi-purpose modular ovens available in various models with chambers from 2 to 7 pans, stackable up to 5 modules. Over 50 solutions available for bakeries, bakeries, hotels, fast food, restaurants and pizzerias.

3 types of cooking modules:

  • Traditional pastry rooms with upward-opening glass doors and concrete agglomerate slabs;
  • Bread chambers complete with integrated steamer (no protrusions);
  • pizza chambers with increased heating elements (0-400°c) for short, continuous-cycle cooking, stainless steel doors with portholes, and refractory pizza slabs.

Weekly programmed ignition system with 2 daily ignitions.

External steam generator with high steam output and easy maintenance.
